William Fife III brings decades of real-world compliance and regulatory leadership to the stage. Having served as Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel for national automotive finance company Arivo Acceptance, as well as General Counsel for MEI Group and Ikon Technologies, Fife has spent his career operating inside some of the most heavily regulated industries in the country. His experience spans consumer finance, fintech, automotive retail, insurance, and B2B technology, where he has guided companies through complex federal and state regulatory frameworks including the FDCPA, ECOA, TILA, FCRA, TCPA, GLBA, COPPA, and UDAAP.
