Michael Greenwald is a founding partner of Greenwald Davidson Radbil PLLC and a nationally recognized plaintiffs’ attorney with extensive experience litigating complex consumer protection class actions across the country. Over the course of his career, Mr. Greenwald has been appointed class counsel in numerous high-profile cases involving the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and other consumer protection statutes, helping secure significant settlements for consumers nationwide. His work spans a wide range of industries and legal issues, reflecting deep experience in large-scale litigation and class action strategy. Prior to co-founding his firm, Mr. Greenwald practiced at Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP, where he focused on complex class actions including securities, corporate governance, and consumer fraud matters, and began his legal career at Holland & Knight LLP. Mr. Greenwald earned his B.A. in Psychology from the University of Virginia and his J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where he was recognized for leadership and editorial contributions.
