Jeremy Gladstone is a strategic legal advisor, financial services regulatory expert, and solver of complex business problems. He currently serves as Regulatory Counsel for Block advising on its financial services products, including Square and Cash App. When not navigating the alphabet soup of consumer protection and communication laws, Jeremy is building Block’s Regulatory Change Management process to ensure compliance with the ever changing landscape of laws, rules, and regulations governing its products around the globe. Prior to joining Block, Jeremy spent a decade advising Capital One on a wide range of consumer protection issues, including communications and debt collection. Prior to that, Jeremy was a commercial litigator and corporate bankruptcy attorney at firms in NYC and San Francisco. Jeremy went to UCLA Law School, where his first year section included a budding TCPA defense attorney named Eric Troutman.
