Cody DeCamp is Corporate Counsel at Klaviyo, where he leads their compliance with the ever-evolving world of telemarketing laws and regulations. He partners with the company's product teams to enable SMS and omnichannel products and features with compliance in mind, and oversees all aspects of litigation facing the company and its customers. Prior to joining Klaviyo, Cody was most recently a litigation associate at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, where he defended companies in TCPA and state telemarketing law class actions, government investigations, and other consumer protection matters. Cody earned his J.D. at the University of Southern California’s Gould School of Law and holds a B.A. in History and Classical Civilizations from the University of California, Berkeley.
